Trump Backs Out of “60 Minutes” Interview

Trump is refusing to take part in a “60 Minutes” interview that presidential candidates have traditionally participated in over the past half century.

Trump’s decision comes after he initially agreed to take part in it. It also comes after his disastrous debate performance against Kamala Harris, and his flip-flop on having more debates.

Here’s the statement from “60 Minutes”

The special airs on Monday, and as mentioned above, will still feature Harris, who agreed to be part of it without problem.

This is the same presidential special that Trump walked out of in the 2020 presidential campaign, after he got upset that the interviewer teased at the start that he’d be facing some “tough questions.”

Imagine him having to deal with something serious, like, say, the job of being president and having to deal with a “tough” situation in the White House…
